Our friends Tawnya and Scarlett invited us for an afternoon at the spray park. It was Palmer's first time. I think she enjoyed it! :)

Happy to say that Uncle Troy joined the healthy eating challenge as well as Grandma! Have been eating healthy all week! BBQ chicken, salad, yogurt, beef, green and yellow beans, and all that other good stuff! Very proud of ourselves! Thanks for the motivation!
ReplyDeleteHave to say that the walking challenge for me was certainly a CHALLENGE! Got in 36 mins the first couple days and finally got in enough to make 61 minutes total for the week tonight. Certainly miss my walking buddy Leaf to keep me going! Plan to walk downtown tomorrow morning to look for something in particular so that should add another 20 minutes. So hot today - 30+ degrees - so waited until tonight to walk once the clouds came in - or maybe that is what is called evening now with it being late in the season - ha ha!
